Iced Coffee

Iced coffee is a cold variation of coffee service. There are 2 ways to make them. By brewing the coffee cold which yields a different flavor or brewing hot and then cooling by simply pouring over ice or into ice cold milk. The iced latte and iced mocha are examples of them.

Iced coffee is generally brewed at a higher strength than normal coffee, due to the dilution caused by the ice or cold beverage mix. Cold brew coffee contains 60% fewer bitter acids than heat brewed coffee, giving your patrons a smoother, richer tasting beverage in your cafe or coffee shop.
