Iced coffee is generally brewed at a higher strength than normal coffee, due to the dilution caused by the ice or cold beverage mix. Cold brew coffee contains 60% fewer bitter acids than heat brewed coffee, giving your patrons a smoother, richer tasting beverage in your cafe or coffee shop.
