I placed an order on 8-12-14 for a single bucket of shortening. After Monday when it didn't arrive, i was staying patient hoping it was just sent out late. I tracked the order an found that the package was damaged. This is not the first time this has happened. I called on Thursday hoping to speak with someone ASAP bc I felt that this error was on their side. I can't make pastries and cakes without this shortening, period. I spoke with Joy who said the Vendor would expedite the shipping to 23 hours and would have it delivered Friday morning. I was ecstatic! However, Friday came and went with no Shortening. Saturday...again, nothing. I've waited too long to get any backup because of the promise of expedited shipping. I've already discounted Saturdays cakes today, and will most likely have to discount or refund Sundays cake orders. Having a damaged item is already inconvenient enough, but then to be PROMISED delivery in 24 hours and nothing shows up is unacceptable, period.
