Preparation

Traditional Au Jus; Yield 6 Gallons = Gravy Mix (1 can measured / 32 oz dry wt.), 768 fl oz water. Stir whole can into 6 gallons hot water until dissolved. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Concentrated Au Jus; Yield 3 Gallons = Gravy Mix (1 can measured / 32 oz dry wt.), 384 fl oz water. For a richer and more concentrated Au Jus, stir whole can into 3 gallons hot water.
Bring to a boil.
No simmering required.

Modified potato starch, beef fat, hydrolyzed protein (soy, wheat gluten, corn), salt, beef stock, autolyzed yeast extract, guar gum, caramel color, sugar, onion powder, citric acid, dextrose, natural flavors, spices, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, bha and propyl gallate used to protect quality.
