Preparation

Add contents of Knorr Creme Caramel Flan Mix pouch to two quarts of milk. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Simmer for 1 minute and stir. Ladle hot mixture into prepared molds.
Refrigerate 2-4 hours or until set. Serve chilled. Yield per package is 16-4 oz servings.
