Preparation

Heat 1 gallon of milk to 195 degrees Fahrenheit in a double boiler.
Slowly add contents of pouch into hot milk while stirring with a wire whip.
Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand for 20 minutes. Pour into shallow pans,
cover and chill. Yield per package is 32-4 oz servings.

Sugar, corn starch, lecithinated cocoa powder processed with alkali (dutch process), salt, artifical flavor.
