Properties

Light and creamy dessert mix used to make many desserts including: parfaits, chocolate mousse and chocolate pie.

Preparation

Pour 1 quart chilled milk into mixing bowl. Sprinkle contents of pouch on top of milk.
Whip on low speed. Pour into serving dishes and chill for a minimum of 1-2 hours or until set. Yield per package is 20-4 oz servings.

Sugar, lecithinated cocoa powder processed with alkali (dutch process), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, palm kernel, palm,soybean, cottonseed), modified food starch, corn syrup solids, cocoa powder (dutch process), propylene glycol monostearate, sodium caseinate (from milk), maltodextrin, calcium sulfate, algin, mono and diglycerides, sodium phosphate, dextrin, salt, artificial vanilla flavor.
