Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site to check your orders status.  Usually once your order is fulfilled and shipped, our system will send you a shipment notification which will also contain your tracking information.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item on my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.  It is always best practice to contact our customer service department to verify or change your order.  Please contact customer service from M-F 8am-5pm EST at (855) 845-2935 x 1.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order.  Also, once an order has shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email confirmation with status and the tracking number.
My order has not arrived
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at (855) 845-2935 x 1.
An item is missing from my shipment
  On occasion orders are split from different warehouses or manufacturers for shipment.  In the event that your order does not arrive complete, please click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at (855) 845-2935 x 1.
I received the wrong product
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product at (855) 845-2935 x 1.  Any information you can provide to our customer service team regarding item codes printed on the box or item received or product descriptions printed on the outside of the box are always helpful in determining what was shipped to you in error.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at (855) 845-2935 x 1.  Please have ready your order id # and the item code of the product which is missing parts.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Occasionally, we are unable to fulfill your order at time of placement.  At this point, one of our customer service representatives will contact you for approval to backorder or wait for the item to become available in our inventory.  At the time of approval our representative will provide an estimated time of arrival for your product.  During the waiting period our staff will continuously check on status of your item and relay any changes or further delays via phone.  Once the item is received in our warehouse, your order will automatically release for shipment.  At any time during this process feel free to contact our customer service team to check status or for any questions at (855) 845-2935 x 1.
