Griddle pad holder protects hands from grease and burns.
Griddle polishing pad is used between holder and screen - adds final polish to grill.
Griddle screens are designed for heavy-duty cleaning of carbonized grease and food build-up.
Griddle pad to be used with Niagara Griddle Screen 200 to clean griddles.
