Boscos Pizza
Back in 1988, when Bosco’s Carry-Out Pizzeria first opened its doors, no
one had any idea that the little corner pizzeria would become a
national phenomenon! Today, we produce and distribute millions of Bosco
Sticks and Bosco Pizza throughout the United States every week. How did
we come so far?
Innovation
Carry-out pizzerias are
on every corner, so what set us apart? A great idea and some hard work.
Back in 1988, frozen pizza was hard to distinguish from the cardboard it
was packaged on, both in texture and in flavor. When local high schools
learned that we could deliver frozen pizza – real pizzeria-style pizza –
they jumped at the chance to serve them.
In 1995, Bosco’s
launched the first commercially-made frozen stuffed crust pizza. One
day, a short while later, the cheese filled crust came off a slice of
stuffed crust pizza and we realized - these would make great
breadsticks! Thus, the Bosco Stick was born. We now offer a variety of
delectable filled breadsticks and tasty pizza to our customers.
A
generation of school kids have grown up with Bosco Sticks. They’ve
become a favorite not just in schools, but also in restaurants and
cafeterias all over the country. We are also available for home
purchase through retailers like Wal-Mart, Meijer, Costco, Sam’s Club and
many more!
Quality
What makes our products so good? It is our not-so-secret ingredient – TIME. Other
frozen breadsticks and frozen pizzas have never been able to match our
quality because we take the time to treat our dough the way it should be
treated. We make all of our dough from scratch the way bakeries do, so
Bosco Sticks and Bosco Pizza crusts taste like real bread. Other
companies try to imitate us, but take short cuts to save time and money.
The short cuts may make for a faster process, but their products will
never match our quality.
Pride
We started out with
the help of family and friends, personally delivering frozen pizzas to
nearby customers. Today, we’re still all family and friends – now there
are just a lot more of us! The Bosco Team consists of more than 150
employees of whom 45 have been with Bosco for over ten years. That’s
commitment!
We’re proud of our work. We’re proud of our products.
We’re proud to be Bosco’s Team members. When you taste our products, we
think you will agree that our pride shows.
