Easy Beef Stroganoff Recipe

How to Prepare
  1. Prepare EGG NOODLES per package instructions and hold for serving.
  2. In the 12" Skillet, heat the VEGETABLE OIL over medium high heat.
  3. Add the BEEF & cook until well browned. Stir often.
  4. Remove the beef from the skillet onto a holding plate.
  5. Pour off any excess fat from the skillet.
  6. Over medium heat using the same skillet, add the ONION & cook until tender.
  7. Add to the skillet the CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP, MILK, PAPRIKA, & PEPPER.
  8. Heat to a boil.
  9. Stir in the SOUR CREAM.
  10. Return the BEEF to the mixture in the skillet and continue to cook until the beef is done.
  11. Serve Beef Mixture over Egg Noodles and sprinkle with FRESH PARSLEY.
