Refunds & Returns

For refunds/reshipments, exchanges, or returns – Please read our policy below in full before submitting the form at the bottom of the page.

Please note that not all items will qualify for a return or exchange. Approval of returns, refunds, and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Round Eye Supply. There is no guarantee that a credit will be made for an unauthorized return.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds are NOT accepted for the following items:

  • Any food items including, but not limited to: beverages, sauces, crackers, and perishable/consumable goods.
  • Partial Cases of opened product or obvious signs of used product
  • Items not in their original condition and packaging
  • Any Closeout Item
  • Special Order / Custom Items
  • Stolen Packages after Delivery

If your refund/reshipment, return, or exchange does not fall under the above, please see the following guidelines in order to make sure your order is taken care of in a timely manner. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and include pictures of any damaged product or wrong items received. We will not be able to proceed without pictures in these cases. ​

Once a package is delivered by the Common Carrier to your specified address, Round Eye Supply is not responsible for any problems that may arise from weather, stolen packages, etc. after delivery. All customers receive three notifications from Round Eye Supply: Shipment Confirmation, Out For Delivery Confirmation, and Delivered Confirmation. If you are not seeing these notifications in your inbox, please check your spam folder. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are able to properly receive the package when it is delivered. Any problems arising after delivery must be handled with the carrier that delivered it.

Please note:

  • All requests must be made within 5 business days of the delivery of your order. This includes damaged items, wrong items received, or missing contents.
  • All requests for undelivered packages must be made within 2 weeks of the shipment date.
  • Pictures are required to proceed with damage and wrong item requests. Please email us to proceed and include pictures in your request.
  • A standard restocking fee of 20% + original & return shipping charges will be applied to all customer choice returns with the below exceptions. This may be modified by Round Eye Supply depending on reorder status and product availability.
  • Any order containing Food or Consumable Goods are NOT authorized for returns. 

If the time requirements above are not met, we can not guarantee you will receive a refund or replacement. You receive tracking information and are responsible for reporting damage, missing items, etc. to your order. We will do all we can to assist you in the process. 

Refunds will be issued per the following guidelines:

  • Original & Return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of the credit for all customer choice returns.
  • Refused and returned goods will be inspected to assess the sellable condition before credits are issued.
  • All restocking, shipping, and other fees associated with a return will be deducted before a refund is issued.
  • Returns received due to customer errors will be assessed all standard restocking fees
  • You will receive your credit for returned merchandise within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the item in our warehouse, depending on the financial institution.

Ship Back your Items per the following guidelines:

  • Upon requesting a return - A shipping label will be provided to you to complete your return.
  • All returns should be postmarked or shipped within 2 days of the issuance of the return label. 
  • Merchandise must be returned complete with original packaging, accessories, and instructions & wrapped securely to protect from damage during return shipping.
  • Ship the item(s) back to the address below or the one provided by your Customer Care Specialist
