It removes soils without great effort, and it is an excellent detergent for pressure-spray cleaning operations. Speedy is ideal for cleaning hoods, fans, deep fat fryers and similar items. This product is rugged enough for industrial maintenance and cleaning applications. It is also safe to use on soft metal surfaces such as aluminum. It has an NSF registration of A1, A4, A8 and is cRc approved. To avoid food contamination, rinse all surfaces with potable water after use.
