Preparation Instructions	Classic Italian Dressing: In Large Mixing Bowl Add Contents Of Package To One Quart Of Vinegar And One Quart Of Water. Mix Well With Electric Mixer At High Speed. Continue Mixing And Slowly Add ½ Gallon Vegetable Oil. Mix At High Speed 2 Minutes Until Well Mixed. Stir Before Using. Store In Refrigerator. For A Lite Version Of Classic Italian Dressing, Mix Contents Of Package With One Quart Of Vinegar, ½ Gallon Of Water And One Quart Of Vegetable Oil. Classic Non-Creamy Caesar Dressing: In Large Mixing Bowl Add Contents Of Package To 1 1/2 Cups Of Vinegar And 4 1/2 Cups Of Water. Blend In 1 Cup Of Dijon Mustard. Mix Well With Electric Mixer At High Speed. Continue Mixing And Slowly Add ½ Gallon Of Vegetable Oil. Mix At High Speed About 2 Minutes, Until Well Mixed. Stir In 1 Cup Of Grated Parmesan Cheese.
