Mix Well With Wire Whisk Or Electric Mixer At High Speed. Continue Mixing And Slowly Add ½ Gallon Of Vegetable Oil. Mix At High Speed For About 2 Minutes, Until Well Mixed. Stir Before Using. Cover And Store In Refrigerator. For A Lite Version Of Italian Dressing, Add Mix To 3 Cups Of Vinegar, ½ Gallon Of Water And 5 Cups Of Vegetable Oil. Classic Caesar Dressing: In A Large Mixing Bowl Add Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (7.6 Oz) To 1½ Cups Of Vinegar And 4½ Cups Of Water. Mix Well With Electric Mixer At High Speed.
