With 120 Calories Per Serving, Our Pure Bread Is A Calorie Rich, Tasty Menu Item That Can Be Served For Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner.Taste, Color And Presentation Can Be Enhanced With Our Assorted Pure Bread Flavorings. Flavors Include Apple Spice, Chocolate Cake, Cinnamon Roll, Honey Wheat, Lemon Cake And Pancake Waffle.

Dry Mix added with water and oil to create puree bread. Rubicon Puree Bread Mix is easy to prepare, high in calories and the right consistency for residents on IDDSI Level 4 and Level 5.

Store at Room Temperature.  It's a Shelf Stable Item. Can be Frozen if needed.

Heat& Serve - Instructions:

  • Combine 1 Cup Puree Bread Mix And 2 Tbs Oil Or Liquid Butter In A Bowl.
  • Slowly Whisk In 1 Cups Hot Water (170-185F) Until Well Blended.
  • Let Stand For 10 Minutes. Portion Using A #20 Or #16 Scoop. Recipe Yield: 7, #20 Scoop Servings Or 6, #16 Scoops

Enriched Wheat Flour (Enriched With Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Dextrose, Bleached Wheat Flour (Heat Treated), Sugar, Corn Syrup Solids, Soybean Oil, Oat Fiber, Defatted Wheat Germ, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Yeast, Mono & Diglycerides, Malted Barley Flour, Ammonium Sulfate, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate), Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Sorbitan Monostearate. Contains: Wheat.
