Large thumb tabs on the heels allow easy on and off. One-piece, reliable cleats are flexible in temperatures as low as negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit (negative 40 degrees Celsius) and won't break in cold temperatures. They are lightweight and compact so cleats are easy to store. The medium size fits U.S. men's footwear from 5 to 8.
