Ordering Policy

Order Placement

Our preferred method of order placement is on our website at www.roundeyesupply.com. However, we understand at times this is not possible due to internet connection, timing, or other issues. In the event you need further assistance, we offer two additional ways to place an order with us:

  • Using the Live Chat system by clicking on the orange chat button located in the bottom right corner of the page.
  • Through our trained staff of Customer Care Specialists by calling toll free (855) 845-2935 during our business hours

Cancel/Modify an Order

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or modify your order via phone at (855) 845-2935. If an order is already in the processing and packing stage, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or canceled; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If we are unable to cancel an order, please see our return procedures. Additional charges may apply for Shipping Address changes after order processing.

Order Processing Period

Our team aims to have your order processed & ready to ship from our warehouses within approximately 3-5 business days after order placement. Orders are processed according to supplier availability and are shipped out as quickly as possible. Should there be a delay in processing, one of our Customer Care Specialists will contact you via phone or email using the information provided on the order. Please remember there is still transit time after the order processing period for your product to arrive. Our goal is for your product to arrive within 7-10 business days after order placement.

For all orders that are time sensitive, please call us at (855) 845-2935 x 1 to confirm availability before placing your order.

Availability

Availability can vary depending upon the following issues, but are not limited to:

  • Seasonal Spikes
  • High Demand Items
  • Supply Chain Shortages

If we should run out of inventory for a particular product and have a backorder issue, our customer care specialists will contact you via phone or email within 1 business day of order placement to offer an alternate product or solution to resolve the out-of-stock issue.

Special Order Items

In order to provide you with a vast selection of products, some of the items listed on our website may not be stocked in our warehouse. These special-order items would require an extended lead time for processing and shipment. Once a special-order item is approved for purchasing, there are NO cancellations, modifications, or returns allowed. Special Order Items do not follow our normal payment time frame, and once the special-order item is approved by you for processing, your credit card will be charged immediately.

Food Products

At Round Eye Supply we provide the freshest, most current manufactured run of dry good foods possible to our customers by purchasing our items direct and in bulk from various food manufacturers and food wholesale providers. We do include the shelf life of food items in our description for many products when applicable; however, we cannot guarantee the manufactured date or expiration date of the item you will receive to be the full length of that shelf life. At this time, due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns on any food items/products. Should you have a specific need or concern please contact our Customer Care Specialist for further information before ordering.

Payment Policy

Credit Cards

Our preferred method of payment is with a Credit Card. At time of order placement, we place a temporary authorization on your credit card. Your card is not being charge at this time; This is only a authorization by our merchant service to ensure you have the necessary funds to pay for the order. Once your order ships from our warehouse payment is then charged to your card. We currently accept the following major credit cards:

PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, and More!

We now accept alternate forms of payment at checkout! From the Checkout Page, you can select an alternate payment, which will direct you to the your selections checkout process. Please contact our Customer Care Specialist directly with any questions about your non-credit card payment. Changes to your order or payment can be handled by one of our representatives. Purchase Orders

Currently we do accept purchase orders from government entities and schools for a minimum order size of $250.00. Please contact our customer care specialists via phone at (855) 845-2935 to set up your account. All purchase orders can be emailed tosupport@roundeyesupply.com.*Credit Applications may be required before set up.

Net Terms

Unfortunately, due to problems in the past, we do not currently offer Net Terms. Certain exceptions, such as schools or government entities, can be made. If you think you qualify as an exception to this policy, please call us toll-free at (855) 845-2935 for confirmation.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

We utilize multiple shipping methods depending on your order quantity and the type of products ordered:

  • Ground Services via FedEx/ UPS for small quantity and/or residential orders
  • Freight Services via Common Carriers for bulk quantity, commercial orders. We do NOT ship Freight Deliveries to residential customers
  • Pick-Up at Round Eye Warehouse in Kennesaw, GA. If choosing this method, you must contact customer support to schedule a time and date to pick up your order at our warehouse. Some items required lead time to have transferred into this locaiton.

Round Eye Supply reserves the right to ship your items using the most effective method to ensure they arrive to you in quality condition. At this time, we cannot accept requests for a specific shipping provider for your order.

International Shipment

We currently only ship to the Contiguous United States. For shipments to Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska, certain exceptions can be made depending on the product and order. Please call us toll-free at (855) 845-2935 to discuss if you think you qualify as an exception.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $1,700

Enjoy free shipping if your order subtotal is $1,700 or more. If the items in your order qualify for 'Free Shipping', your order ships FREE! Free Freight applies to shipments delivering to a commercial business location only. Additionally, Free shipping only applies to standard delivery charges and does not include additional charges or charges accrued during delivery by Fedex. *See Non-Standard Delivery Charges section for more information on additional applied charges.

Shipment Acceptance & Problems

For all orders and shipments you should inspect the package and items for damage, errors, or missing items before accepting the package from FedEx, UPS, or Common Carriers. Please always sign any receipt paperwork from any delivering company correctly by notating it complete or with issues. Any noticeable damage or discrepancies upon delivery should be notated with the delivering service in order to file a claim and receive credit.

Once a package is delivered by the Common Carrier to your specified address, Round Eye Supply is not responsible for any problems that may arise from weather, stolen packages, etc. after delivery. All customers receive three notifications from Round Eye Supply: Shipment Confirmation, Out For Delivery Confirmation, and Delivered Confirmation. If you are not seeing these notifications in your inbox, please check your spam folder. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are able to properly receive the package when it is delivered. Any problems arising after delivery must be handled with the carrier that delivered it.

Non-Standard Delivery Charges

Adding a liftgate to a common carrier delivery is NOT included in the standard delivery charges. All requests made to Round Eye Supply or requested from the delivering carrier for the addition of a liftgate upon delivery will be assessed an additional $75 to be charged on the credit card used for payment.

Common Carrier shipments delivering to a Residential Address will receive an additional charge of $180 that is required for shipment (This fee includes the $75 lift gate service).

Split Shipments

Some orders require us to split your shipment. Many items ship directly from the manufacturer and many items are stocked in our warehouse, so for this reason we cannot guarantee all items in your order will arrive together. We try our best to consolidate your items in as few shipments as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping to a 3PL Warehouse

We have strict guidelines for all orders shipping to a 3PL fulfillment center to protect us and our customers. On ALL Orders shipping to a 3PL fulfillment center, we require that you provide the 3PL Company Name, In-House Representative First and Last Name, Email, and Phone Number in the shipping address. Additionally, you will need to note in the Customer Instructions that you are shipping to a 3PL Warehouse. Orders placed that do not follow these requirements will be canceled and you will be required to place your order again following these guidelines.

Freight Forwarders

Once the order is signed for and received by a freight forwarder, Round Eye Supply is no longer responsible for damaged or missing items. Please make sure the freight forwarder you use ensures ALL items are accounted for and undamaged before signing off on an order and receiving the shipment as any potential for returns or refunds are officially null and void.

Image Policy

Product Representation

It is our goal to represent each item with the most accurate information possible. We continuously update and provide the most current information provided by the manufacturer. In some instances, due to changes made by the manufacturer and continuously revolving inventory, some items may be packaged differently or modified without prior notice. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, so please contact our offices directly if you believe we have inadvertently described a product incorrectly.

Image Policy

We endeavor to display each product with the most up to date image provided by the manufacturer or taken by our staff; however, in some cases we are unable to obtain the actual image of the item, so in turn we will use a similar image to serve as an acceptable substitute to represent the item. This includes any product changes made by the Manufacturer that we are unaware of. We do not accept returns based on packaging changes if you are looking for product before the change. Please always read all product descriptions including sizes, case packs, and manufacturer information before ordering.

Product Pricing

We always strive to offer the greatest value to our customers at all cost. In order to stay competitive in our industry we keep our margins low and our product line large and diversified. Price changes are a part of our business because it means that we can offer the most competitive, accurate, and up-to-date prices to our customers. At this time, we do not guarantee prices for more than 30 days unless noted otherwise in official documentation that has been authorized and signed by a representative from our purchasing department.
